Welcome to PandaBearHugs’s commission service! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the terms under which I will provide digital art commissions. By agreeing to purchase a commission, you are accepting and abiding by these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing your order.---Commission ProcessInquiry: Clients must provide a detailed description of the art they would like commissioned. This includes references, themes, characters, and any specific requests.Payment: All commissions require 50% deposit prior to starting the work, depending on the nature of the commission and the agreed-upon payment terms this can be negotiated. Payments are accepted via PayPal (CashApp and Venmo is also accepted; however, not desired).Timeline: Estimated completion time will be provided once the commission is accepted. Timeframes may vary depending on the complexity and the current workload.Communication: I will send updates and request feedback at key stages of the work (e.g., sketches, lineart). Clients are encouraged to provide clear and timely feedback to ensure the final product meets their expectations.---Content GuidelinesSafe for Work: I only accept commissions that are Safe for Work (SFW). This includes family-friendly art that does not contain explicit sexual content, violence, or any other adult themes.Acceptable Content: I will accept commissions for the following types of work:
- Character design
- Fan art (non-offensive content)
- Original art (OC’s)Prohibited Content: I will not accept commissions that involve:
- Adult or explicit content
- Excessive violence or gore
- Hate speech, discrimination, or harmful themes
- Content promoting illegal activities
- Any form of harassment or offensive imagery---RevisionsRevisions During Process: Clients are entitled to a reasonable number of revisions during the process (usually 2-3 rounds). Major changes to the composition, character design, or concept may require additional charges.Post-Completion Revisions: After the commission has been completed and delivered, I will charge a fee for any further changes. Clients will be notified of the pricing for additional revisions before work begins.---Rights and UsageOwnership: You will receive a digital file of the finished artwork. You may use the image for personal use, including display on social media, websites, and print (with appropriate credit given to the artist).Copyright: I, the artist, retain the copyright to the artwork. I reserve the right to use the artwork in my portfolio, for promotional purposes, and for any future commercial use unless otherwise agreed upon.Commercial Use: If you wish to use the artwork for commercial purposes (e.g., merchandise, advertising), this must be discussed and agreed upon in advance. Additional fees may apply.---Refunds and CancellationsRefunds: I do not offer refunds once the commission process has begun. However, if I am unable to complete the work for any reason, you will receive a full refund.Cancellations: If you wish to cancel the commission before I begin work, you will receive a full refund. If the commission has already started, a partial refund may be issued depending on the stage of completion.---ConfidentialityI will respect your privacy and will not disclose any details of your commission unless given explicit permission. Any personal information collected will only be used for the purpose of completing the commission.---Termination of ServiceI reserve the right to refuse or terminate a commission at any time if the client fails to comply with these Terms, engages in abusive behavior, or requests content that violates the guidelines outlined above.---
Modifications to TermsI reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
